16-18 year olds

If a company has Less than 50 members of staff and the employee is 16-18, there in no charge to the employer  . If the company has 50 or more members of staff of any age, the employer will have to pay a 5% fee to the training provider who is delivering the Qualification.

19+ year olds

Anyone who wishes to complete a Diploma Qualification Level 2 - 5 will have to pay the 5% fee to the training provider. 

Apprenticeship Wage Any age £6.40ph  minimum 30hrs.
